Financial Protection

Renovation Trust takes the financial risk out of doing a renovation project for both the homeowner and the contractor, so neither party faces any financial loss. Renovation Trust is a neutral third party that holds the project money during a renovation. Homeowners never give a high-risk deposit directly to a contractor. Instead, they deposit the project funds with Renovation Trust - a sign of good faith and commitment. The contractor knows the project is paid for and they will be paid at the completion of milestones or the project. There are no worries that the contractor won't be paid for a job well done.

Tools Make Renovation Trust Simple and Easy

Renovation Trust also provides tools to manage the project, create and accept the scope of work, create and accept change orders, store all documents, store progress photos, store inspirational photos, make and accept payments, and provide a complete history of each and every project. Renovation Trust is the platform and service that makes renovating easy, safe and headache-free for everyone.

Our Mission

Renovation Trust's sole mission is to protect both homeowners and contractors during renovation and home improvement projects.
Renovations and home improvements are the #1 industry for lost or stolen money, court cases and vendors/contractors not being fully paid.
Renovation Trust makes it safe for both homeowners and contractors during any type of renovation or home improvement project. It is our business: keeping money safe.

Trusted 3rd Party

Trusted 3rd Party

We are a completely neutral and trusted 3rd party who holds the project money. As work is completed by the contractor and approved by the homeowner, we release the money to the contractor. We work for both the homeowner and the contractor equally, without bias, to ensure both parties' money is protected.

Homeowner funds

Homeowners Fund the Entire Project and Contractors are Paid at Agreed to Milestones

After you have both agreed to the project and price, the homeowner deposits the cost of the entire project into Renovation Trust.

As work is completed the contractor can request the homeowner release funds. Renovation Trust will release payment to the contractor once the homeowner has approved the completed milestone or project.

Disputes

Help When Disputes Arise

Sometimes there are misunderstandings in a renovation. Often they can be settled with a little help. We offer dispute resolution assistance to keep things easy. Failing a resolution, we hold the money until the dispute is settled.

Security

Safety and Security

By Protecting Your Money, We Protect You and Your Project

The security of your money, your data, your project and you is our priority.

We ID both the contractor and the homeowner, so each party knows who they are dealing with.

When receiving or sending money, the latest security and encryption technology is always employed.
