Protect Your Money Now

Why Use Renovation Trust?

Renovation Trust is a neutral third party that protects homeowners and contractors during any and all renovation projects. Instead of giving a deposit directly to a contractor, homeowners deposit the project funds into their protected Renovation Trust account. This way, you never risk losing money during a renovation and your contractor knows your business with them is secure.

Have you ever had your money lost or stolen during your renovation project? Did some unforeseen circumstance force you to lose money? Renovations can be stressful and Renovation Trust is here to help. We protect you from fraudsters and all other circumstances in which you may be at risk for losing your money.

Though our main focus is to protect your money during a renovation project, we also provide a variety of tools that will help you to better manage your project with your contractor. Keep track of important documents, track project progress and manage contractor payments right from your smart phone, tablet or desktop computer.

Our Fees

Our Fees

Renovation Trust charges a nominal fee to both homeowners and contractors in order to protect your money. Our fees are based on a regressive incremental fee structure. This means the fees are based on the amount of money a homeowner funds towards their project. The larger the amount deposited by the homeowner on a project, the lower the fee percentage becomes. The table below shows our fee rates. For a more detailed guide of how the Renovation Trust Protection Fees work see our fees for homeowners or contact us.
